Only in 2017 - Jubilee Package Option
The Jubilee Gala is APC's special 50th anniversary celebration! Expect dinner, dancing, a live band, and a special lecture. Dress is cocktail attire. The gala will take place at the meeting site (Omni Shoreham Hotel) on the evening of Thursday, July 26th. The Jubilee Package includes a commemorative APC 2017 Annual Meeting program, and one ticket to APC's Jubilee Gala. A second two-ticket option is available as well.
  • Public pricing: Tickets are $350 each for non-members.
  • Pricing for APC members: Tickets are $275 each, or $500 for each two-ticket bundle. Society liaisons, and employees of APC member departments, are also eligible for these reduced rates.

Early Bird details: Registrations must be submitted on or before May 15, 2017, in order to qualify for the "early bird" pricing. Registrations submitted after the "early bird" deadline will be charged an additional $100 per registrant.

Registration fee details: The registration fee includes access to meeting sessions, including pre-meeting workshops, participation in discussion groups, daily breakfasts and lunches, and receptions, for the registered attendee only.

Additional Fees

CME $100 In cooperation with the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP), APC offers Category I Continuing Medical Education (CME) credits at this meeting. The fee for CME applications is NOT included in the registration fee. An additional, non-refundable $100 fee is required and CME applications are subject to approval.
Spouses/Guests $35 per person Includes an official guest badge, continental breakfast at SPICE hospitality meetings on Wednesday and Thursday, and food and beverage at the opening reception on Tuesday. Each $35 fee covers these costs for ONE person.
Cancellation $100 Cancellations require written notification. The $100 fee will be withheld from all refunds. No refunds will be given for cancellations after May 15, 2017, except for emergency medical circumstances.
Lapsed Members $350 This fee applies to employees in departments which are eligible for APC membership but are not up to date on their APC membership dues.
