Invoices for departmental membership have been launched, along with periodic reminders through the end of the year. Though your current departmental roster is identified on your invoice, payment of dues (due by 12/31/19) is independent of who is listed on your roster, which can be changed at any time throughout the year. Members can search the online directory to see your departmental roster. You can access the directory at the bottom right-hand column of the APC home page or by following the tabs “Members” > “Exclusive Member Resources” > “Search the APC Member Directory.” You will need to login. If you search by organization, you will be able to see all members on your member roster and their member section(s) will be indicated.
Just as a reminder: keeping your membership record current at any time of the year, with accurate listings of individuals who hold the roles below, is vital for your department to maximize the value of APC membership, including individual access to listservs and other members-only benefits. Remember, your annual dues payment covers ALL eligible members of your department in the professional roles listed below:
If you wish to add new members to your department's roster, please direct those new members to complete APC's new member form posted at: www.apcprods.org/m-join-apc-2. These changes are processed separately from your dues renewal and can be requested at any time.
To remove outgoing members from your department's roster, have their replacement indicate on the new member form which profile(s) APC should deactivate. If you would like a member removed without adding a replacement, simply email your request to [email protected].
OTHER RESOURCESThe “UMEDS Toolbox” includes materials of interest that have been presented in the UMEDS program at previous APC annual meetings. This new resource for searching presentation files within the “UMEDS Toolbox List of Resources” is available only to members (UMEDS and members of all APC Sections) and is password-protected. Resources from the APC 2019 meeting will be available in the Toolbox later this fall!
