Title: Clinical Pathology Subspecialty cFTE Data Collection: Q&A Town Hall

Description: Join the AAPath Practice & Management Committee for a Q&A Town Hall introducing a new initiative to collect Clinical Pathology subspecialty cFTE data from academic pathology departments nationwide. The initiative will establish baseline data to support benchmarking, workforce planning, resource allocation, advocacy, strategic planning, and future practice management efforts.

The data collection instrument is designed to capture cFTE requirements for each Clinical Pathology subspecialty at the department, health system, and laboratory service-line levels. During this session, the committee will review the data collection process, provide an overview of the spreadsheet, and answer questions about participating in the initiative.
