SOCIETY OF '67 SCHOLARS PROGRAM Application Deadline: Monday, March 2, 2020
The Society of ’67 Scholars Program provides an opportunity for medical students and/or residents to familiarize themselves with career opportunities in pathology and the critical role of pathology in healthcare delivery, research, and education through access to national leaders in academic pathology attending the APC Annual Meeting.
NEW IN 2020: Applicants must provide in their Letter of Recommendation either (a) a commitment of the pathology department to cover travel expenses (air, ground, non-conference meals, etc.) OR (b) a request for travel support from the Society of ’67 based on the departmental inability to cover those costs. The Society of ’67 will provide meeting registration, which covers meals offered during the program, and lodging at the Hotel Del Coronado for three nights. Meeting registration and lodging will be arranged by APC staff.
2020 will be the fourth consecutive year that the Society of ’67 offers this program. For details on previous years' Scholars, and this year's application instructions, see www.apcprods.org/m-s67-scholars.
